Here is a quick rundown of the what is included in the Personal Potential Analysis:

• Oxford Capacity Analysis™ - This is the most accurate personality test in use today. This test has been around since the 1950’s and is now used across the entire planet. This test plots 10 major personality traits and their relative scale to each other, which indicates certain “syndromes”. These syndromes include being stuck in past losses, being self critical, self destructive habits, being shy, giving into dominate anti-social personalities, as well as dozens more. Moreover, each of these 10 points are individually clarified fully as to their plus or minus characteristics. Each of these traits has a variation of 200 points, plus or minus from zero, thus indicating accurately how happy one is, one’s likelihood at success, how one will do in a love relationship, how stressed one is and many other points. This alone can take a half an hour to explain as it truly unearths the mysteries and reasons behinds one’s actions and complex emotions. This test usually
  takes 20-30 minutes to answer as it contains 200 multiple-choice questions.
• Aptitude Testing - The Aptitude Test measures a person’s ability to understand and duplicate communication and instructions. It is also designed to measure accident proneness. This is a short test and can be completed in a few minutes.
• Novis Mental Ability Test - This test measures intelligence quotient or IQ - a number intended to indicate a person’s level of intelligence. Intelligence quotient (IQ) ratings are a measure of an individual’s capacity or ability for learning something new. The scores are based upon how old in years a person is, compared to how “old” they are mentally. The test is a thirty-minute timed test. There are eighty questions in all and the answers are on a multiple choice selection basis. Only one answer per question is correct. You are given a copy of a booklet containing these questions, an answer sheet, a pen or pencil and extra paper for working out the answers. You have 30 minutes to answer as many questions as you can. Most complete all 80 questions within the 30 minute time limit.
• Technical Consultant Interview - While all the other tests are done on paper, the ultimate test is that conducted by a live person, who is highly trained in Scientology technology to interpret the results of your Personality, Aptitude and IQ tests. These are interpreted with your Consultant, with the data that you provide in a one-on-one interview, to give you a complete picture of the underlying situations that are preventing your full potential from being realized. But even more important than that, how to go about eradicating these from your life.
• Medical Testing - The Church of Scientology does not engage in physical healing of any type. Though many people have claimed to feel better after receiving Dianetics^® and Scientology^® counseling, these are secondary concerns, as we are addressing the spirit only. Many times we notice that a person may need medical attention and testing from a trained and certified medical professional. If a person has a medical condition, he must first address this with his Doctor. To attain the full benefits of Dianetics and Scientology one must first be physically able to do the counseling. We believe in working with qualified medical professionals when there is a valid condition or concern.
• Confidentiality - All of the results of your test and interview are confidential. The only people that will see your results are you, any Technical Consultants that work with you and the Case Supervisor. The Case Supervisor is the person who oversees all technical actions on those receiving testing and counseling. His job is to ensure that high quality standards are achieved and maintained for all those who seek help from our Church. Like all our counselors, he is highly trained and is an ordained minister, held to the long-term tradition of minister confidentiality. You are free to show your test results to others, if you elect to do so. But that is up to you.
